Implemented and published the initial ECSTokenUsage library, JSON CLI and xTokens menu app for library review. No production acceptance is claimed.

Full real CLI scan exit0: 179083 events, 3 sources, 64 days, 33308195068 tokens in42.73s; peak RSS695009280 bytes fails45MB target. Synthetic103MB streaming uses12.45MB. Additional schema, pricing, quota and Aqua UI gates are documented.
